Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor is best known for his part in the tv show Law & Order Special Victims Unit. His interest in acting began during his college years. He completed his acting studies at University of Colorado at Boulder. He has appeared in both the television and film industry, but it was his small-screen characters which gained him fame as well as an extensive following. There is no doubt that he has been able grab people's attention with his characters that are either side of the legal system. He was the character of the serial killer on the first TV show he appeared in and then later played an NYPD detective. Multiple times he was nominated for the prestigious Emmy Awards, and the PRISM Awards. The striking blue eyes that are said to make him look handsome.
